For my my project I have used the Sponsor’s image and created a tag using the Two Tags Die.

I have used Soft Suede, Crumb Cake, Real Red and Very Vanilla cardstock.

The image has been printed on Very Vanilla cardstock and then I used some images from the Tiny Tags stamp set and stamped in Real Red and Crumb Cake.

The Sentiment from the Perfect Punches stamp set has been stamped in Early Espresso and punched out using the Scallop Punch and the 1 3/8” Circle Punch.

I have used some of the Crumb Cake Tulle and retired Real Red ribbon with a Vintage Brad.

Here is my tag..

Anything Christmas

Hi everyone – how are you going with your planning for Christmas?

This time of year get so busy and I know that I rush around until Christmas Eve trying to get everything done so when Christmas Day and Box Day come around I can just relax!

We have our last challenge for 2012 over at Come and Get It and this time it is Anything Christmas and it is sponsored.

My card has Santa on it so that fits the theme and he is peeking in the window to see if all the children are asleep or maybe it is to check out what treat he has been left LOL.

Who knows but it is a very cute Sponsor’s image and I have teamed it with the word Believe from our Snowflake Soiree Stamp Set which is in the Seasonal Catalogue.

I have coloured the image in with Real Red, Bashful Blue and Chocolate Chip ink and add some glitter to the snow.

Here is my card…

Winter Trees

Hi everyone,

It is mid week and I want to share with you a card that I created for the new challenge at Crafty Creations.

The challenge is a Winter Scene plus there are prizes!

For my card I have finally inked the Lovely As A Tree stamp set.   Bad that this has been left un-inked for such a long time  but we have all been down this path – right? :)

I have sponged Baja Breeze and Night of Navy on Whisper White and also used the Illuminate Glimmer Watermark Ink pad to stamp some snow flakes using the Snowflake Soiree stamp set.

Plus I love the Snow Flurry die and the Silver Glimmer Paper so I have also added some of these snowflakes too!

CAGI Blues

Hi everyone,

Hope you have had a wonderful weekend.  I have had a busy but great weather but I am very grateful for the cooler weather we have had here in Sydney today.

Last week on Thursday and Friday temperatures were between 40 & 42 degrees but today a much cooler 25 – 27 degrees and over cast.  So very hot and Summer has only just begun!

But we have a cool Blues challenge for you at  Come and Get It this week.  The challenge is to use a darker and lighter Blue with White.

So I have chosen to use Bashful Blue, Midnight Muse and Whisper White.

I have used the Everything Eleanor stamp set and the Lacy Brocade Embossing Folder.

The layout for my card has been inspired by the current sketch at Try Stampin on Tuesday.  This layout allowed me to get those square punches which haven’t been used for sometime.
